Reader Report: Full Plate Lives Up to Name

Fresh from iknow@uwishunu.com, Xuxa reports the following:

This past weekend I ventured over to Northern Liberties, and enjoyed the up-and-coming neighborhood and its latest offerings. A few friends and I headed to A Full Plate for brunch, which has some great southern dishes to feast upon. I’m always up for eggs benedict, and they have a fabulous fried green tomatoes benedict with mozzarella cheese. Very tasty. Another friend enjoyed fried chicken and waffles.

Other menu items include biscuits and gravy, banana cream waffles, and just about anything else one would desire for brunch. The environment is artsy, quaint and cozy. Good service. They serve lunch and dinner too, which I hear is quite tasty. The restaurant also caters. Oh, and the waiter was cute.

A Full Plate is at the end of Liberties Walk, so make sure you stroll the full gamut. Afterwards, head into the great boutiques of the street or enjoy a cupcake at Brown Betty.
