This will be the third Making Time New Years Party, and they just get weirder and weirder. The short: $40 ($35 if you get your ticket now) for an all-night open bar–all the way to 3:30AM–and three floors of megaton bombing dance blasts. Charles Plaza is one of those restaurants that makes you want to consider eating Chinese food more often.
