Don’t mess around. There are a good handful of great burgers in this town (phew) and one of the best is at Good Dog. Good Dog can be really crowded if you go for the evening, and they also do a quizzo night which I hear is great if you’re into that kind of thing, but I’m not. Once I got stuck in a full restaurant-wide, two story quizzo night and I wanted to run away. But I couldn’t. Why? Cause I was there for a burger. There are plenty of delicious food reasons for Good Dog, but my favorite is the burger.

The burgers at Good Dog can come with a salad, which I like. The fries aren’t the best fries I ever ate (which are at Grace Tavern, so I’d skip them and load up on the greens. The very best thing about the Good Dog burger is that it’s stuffed with bleu cheese! Bleu cheese!!! Can you say, “Thank you, Good Dog!”? Anyhow, it’s decadent and awesome. Love it. Eat it. But not too often, because you will get heart disease and it could make you die.
