Loving the Supermarkets on Washington Ave.

If you have not visited one of the three Asian supermarkets on Washington Avenue, make the trip. They’ve got all kinds of great deals on fresh seafood and produce that you won’t find at Whole Foods. First Oriental is at 6th and Washington, Hung Vuong is at 11th, and Big 8 is at 16th. Note especially the buckets of tofu and the whole aisles of tea–they’re the best deals in town.
