Dance Party at ICA
The University of Philadelphia’s Institute of Contemporary Art, who not only display established and well known artists, but emerging new ones as well, will be hosting a benefit party on Thursday, April 19th at 10:30 p.m. Forget your movie stereotypes of art gallery benefits. There will be a severe lack of people wearing monocles at this party.
Why? Because this is a dance party.
Organized by the ICA’s student committee and a board of ICA representatives, this party will feature the University of Pennsylvania’s number DJ, Cameron Smalls, and will be full of deserts and drinks from places like White Dog, Whole Foods, Izzy & Zoe’s, and more.
If you’re a student at Penn, admission is just $5, a student anywhere else, $10.
Check out the Institute of Contemporary Art’s official website for more details.
