Philadelphia Food: Past, Present, & Future
When you think of Philadelphia food, what comes to mind? The folks at the Library Company here in Philadelphia are upset that most people think about the pretzels, cheesesteak, and scrapple, none of which can be combined with delicious results.
On May 7th, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, several food historians will be on the scene for an open discussion on Philadelphian cuisine, including Andrew Smith, editor of the new Oxford Companion to American Food & Drink.
Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP! Visit the Library Company’s official website for more information.
