Beastie Boys Tix Now Available
Since we last talked about the Beastie Boys, their new album, The Mix-Up was released on June 26th (their 7th studio album!). It debuted at number 15 on the Billboard charts, proving that the Beastie Boys still got it, pushing almost 50,000 units of their entirely instrumental post-punk album. Amazing.
The Boys will be playing at the Festival Pier on August 1st and uwishunu will be there with our very own VIP tent from 6-8 p.m. before the concert. We have Philly’s own Schoolly D performing as well as break dancers from the Chosen Dance Company. On top of that, we’ll have a graffiti artist creating a masterpiece that we’ll raffle off for a lucky winner. Bottom line–we’d love to see you under the Big Top, VIP.

By far the best B- Boys show I’ve seen yet. I thought it was the most creative stage design. Less is more. The mic cam was hysterical. Their stage presence and timing is always on point and “The Mix-up” is their most interesting musical album since “Check Your Head.”
