Our Illadates contest has come to an end! Our winners, Carl and Melissa, will be joining Mark and Audrey on a double date. They put together an incredibly fun and silly video to explain their suggestion, which involves the Institute of Contemporary Art, Bubble House, Black Cat Gift Shop, Pattaya Grill and The Rotunda.

Editor’s Note: Some scary masks, percussion instruments, and funky wigs were also included in their film, but may not appear in the Illadates video.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to enter. We’ve posted Carl and Melissa’s suggestion after the jump, along with other entries.

More after the jump!

Carl & Melissa: University City

1. The El
What?! The El Train? Although dirty at times, it’s a great way to show how quickly you can get from Spring Garden Station to University City waaaaay over there.

2. Institute of Contemporary Art
Admission to the ICA is only $6 per adult and currently features 4 new exhibitions.

3. Bubble House
A stop in the Bubble House for tea or possibly a cocktail and some food.

4. Black Cat Gift Shop
Practically next to the Bubble House, the Black Cat Gift Shop offers some great gift ideas for the holiday season.

5. Pattaya Grill
A nice meal at the Pattaya Grill… I’ve never been there but I hear good things.

6. The Rotunda
On this particular night, December 8th, the Rotunda is having its 8th Annual Year-End Cabaret and Cheap Art Bazaar. FREE TO GET IN! Artists will be offering all kinds of work, sold at reasonable rates ($10 and under is common).

Taylor High: Up High!

You know how y’all do neighborhoods? Well, this date takes you two out of neighborhoods and to the sky!

1. Philly Zoo Balloon Ride

2. City Hall Tower Tour

3. Kimmel Center
Wander around the “park” at the top and grab a drink or snack at their rooftop restaurant

4. XIX
A drink or bite to eat at on the nineteenth floor of the Park Hyatt at the fancy XIX

With the exception of the balloon ride, all of the activities are right downtown on Broad Street.

Conrad & Louisa: Bella Vista Revisited

1. AIDS Thrift

2. Bean Exchange

3. MEW Gallery

4. Golden Emporis

5. Royal Tavern
