Panic on The Streets of Fishtown
After a short stint at Sal’s last year, DJs Kyle M and Mike Tee went on Morrissey hiatus (much to my chagrin). Fortunately, now that John Redden’s got his hands on the Barbary, Smiths/Morrissey/Brit Pop night is back in full effect.
Today, starting at 10pm, you can come with your pirate shirts and sullen-expressions and get rocked by the Moz. I’ve been to a few of these nights, and let me tell you, you’ll hear Morrissey, Smiths, Belle and Sebastian, Pulp, Stone Roses and Happy Mondays (if you’re lucky)”"not to mention a bit’o'twee and shoegaze.
This night should be monthly, so come out for the inaugural spinning.
