Where will I get German food? Ludwig's had such pseudo-Bavarian charm--I spent many nights there having a blast over dinner, beer and dessert. I don't think Philly needs another boring American restaurant for yuppies. I'm sad to see Ludwig's go. Sadder than I should be, considering how mean some of the foreign servers were. They'll reopen it as Time which apparently will delight us with a large beer list, Traditional American "old school" fare and a mid-March opening (according to Zagat).
