Beer week is here! Don’t miss the official kick-off party for Philly Beer Week this Friday, March 7th, featuring Joe Sixpack, the beer reporter for the Philadelphia Daily News. He’ll be offering up a special beer sampling with kegs from 22 local breweries and brewpubs, serving it up with gourmet food from Philadelphia’s marketplace. Be there as the special guest, Philadelphia’s mayor Michael Nutter, taps the first keg of Philly Beer Week.

You’ll also be able to score an autographed copy of Joe’s book, Joe Sixpack’s Philly Beer Guide: A Reporter’s Notes on the Best Beer-Drinking City in America.
