What’s better than drinking tasty microbrews to your hearts content at the Urban Saloon in the Art Museum area without pause for two hours, at the low low price of $25? Getting to do that AND simultaneously punch breast cancer directly in the face! Organized by Team FLAG (Fight Like a Girl) for the Breast Cancer 3-Day — a 60-mile walk over the course of three days in Philly on October 17th,18th, and 19th 2008 — they hope to raise $9000 collectively before the walk this October and they’re kicking off efforts by holding the “Fight Like a Girl Fundraiser Event” this Friday evening at the Urban Saloon.

Your $25 admission includes a two hour open bar from 8-10 p.m. and if you get there before 8:30 you even snag a raffle ticket for what is ambiguously titled “some goods.” Either way, everyone wins — you get to go out on Friday night and drink as much as you’d like while spending significantly less than usual and the ladies of Team FLAG move one step closer to their $9000 donation goal.
