North Third restaurant and bar in Northern Liberties is a must visit for anyone tired of conventional settings for brunch. Beyond its crazy décor, the Tex/Mex cuisine breathes new life into late morning feasts. I could never seriously picture finishing a plate of sweet cornbread that had a layer of eggs over-easy atop chili with roasted potatoes and sour cream “” especially for breakfast, and so soon after rolling out of bed on a Sunday.

However, in the interest of exploration, I did just that… and it was glorious. Mmm! If dishes such as egg quesadillas combos tend to make you and or your party too nervous, not to worry!
