Foundry Found @ My House Gallery

Foundry Found represents work from two artists, John Phillips and Ellen Brandfonbrener.

Ellen Brandfonbrener grew up in Franklin, MA. graduated with a BFA in sculpture from Alfred University in 2005. Since graduating she has worked in the Boston and Philadelphia areas in various blacksmith shops and foundries. She currently resides in Philadelphia as a free lance metal worker.

John Phillips is a faculty member at the University of the Arts and the owner of J.N. Phillips casting in Philadelphia where he has worked on major art restorations including works at Philadelphia City Hall, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, and The Washington Monument in Washington D.C. He studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts as well as the Johnson Atelier Technical Institute of Sculpture, and has exhibited his work throughout the Philadelphia area. He currently resides in Philadelphia.
