Inedit @ Amada: There’s a New Beer in Town

With a name like “Inedit”, which means: “never been done before”, Amada’s new Spanish imported beer has been twitching my curiosity. Described as a “lager and Belgian wheat beer blend with hints of orange and spice” it sounds to me like a Blue Moon with a kick. Delicious!
Of course, in a sophisticated place like Amada, the new beer, served in a white wine glass, is a perfect pairing with many of the tapas, and a way for Chef Garces to “bring the best of Spain to Philadelphia”: an opaque golden ale with a creamy mouthfeel and a low 4.8% alcohol by volume.
Inedit is only available at Amada for $30 for a 750 ml bottle or $7.00 for a 5 oz. glass. Pair it with a Jamon Iberico, close your eyes and yes, you’re almost in Spain!
