There may be no better spot in Center City for a warm weather lunch or happy hour than the Plaza Cafe at the sparkling new Comcast Center.
It’s now open for the season, featuring a light and affordable menu of soups, salads, pizzas and sandwiches under the direction of Chef Chris Scarduzio and the kitchen of Table 31.
Prices range from $8 – $13. Full menu below.
At Happy Hour, there is a full line-up of drinks available to enjoy under the umbrellas with the fountains dancing at your side.

The outdoor Plaza Cafe was a nice place to visit, but the lunch experience was horrible. Aweful food and even worse service
