Reminder: July 4th Fireworks (Round One) This Saturday Night at Penn’s Landing

Philadelphia’s July 4th celebrations kick off this weekend with the Taste of Philadelphia food festival and a free concert and fireworks display on Saturday night at Penn’s Landing.
Angie Stone headlines the free concert at Penn’s Landing. The concert begins at 7:30. The fireworks will begin after the concerts ends.
Look for the fireworks to start sometime after 9 pm.

The first show was on June 27th. The main show is on the parkway on July 4th.

No fireworks on July 3rd at Penn’s Landing. The fireworks on July 4th will be on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

Sorry. To be clear: there will be NO major fireworks displays at Penn’s Landing on July 3rd or July 4th. The major city-sponsored fireworks display takes place on July 4th at the Art Museum. Although, note that there will be a smaller fireworks show at Campbell’s field across the river on July 3rd and 4th.
