Deal of the Day: $38 Summer Barbecue Dinner at The Four Seasons Swann Cafe

The Swann Cafe at the Four Seasons Philadelphia is doing a special prix fixe summer barbecue menu for the months of July, August and part of September.
Special seating for this daily dinner will be available outside in the hotel’s beautiful courtyard (above).
The details:
In July, Swann Lounge & Cafe Chef Denny Santiago will be preparing a three course barbecue tasting menu paired with summer wines and local beers from Victory Brewing Company and Yard Brewing Company. The menu will feature an appetizer, grilled main course and dessert for $38.
Sample menu includes:
- Seared Crab Cake, Sweet Corn-Jicama Hash, Avocado Puree
- Grilled Organic Chicken Breast, German Potato Salad, Bourbon BBQ Sauce
- Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler, Buttermilk Ice Cream
The wine and beer pairings are an additional cost.
Overall, it sounds like a great opportunity to enjoy an affordable and unique dining experience at one of Philadelphia’s best hotels.
