Fresh off his James Beard Award this spring, Jose Garces is probably the most talked about chef in Philadelphia right now.

And Distrito, Garces’ playful Mexican restaurant in University City, is participating in the University City District’s popular Dining Days promotion: three courses for either $15,$25 or $30, depending on the restaurant. (Appropriately, Distrito is 3 for $30.)
