This weekend, The Deck at Harbor Point out in Essington, PA (it’s just south of the Philly Airport), will be hosting Jam For The Cure, an all night beef and beer fundraising event. Proceeds will be going towards the Laurie’s Breast Friends, a team participating in the 2009 Susan G. Komen 3-day, 60 mile walk that takes place here in Philly on October 16th – 18th.

Ticket prices are $25 in advance, $30 at the door, and that grants you access to a two hour open bar and buffet, raffles for prizes, and of course, live music.
