Grand Reopening of the Fair Food Farmstand @ Reading Terminal Market

Today I took a stroll down to Reading Terminal Market for the grand reopening of their Fair Food Farmstand. I’ve got to thank my buddies over at Foobooz for the tip on this one. Not only was the 12th Street side of Reading Terminal Market packed with excited shoppers, but the Stand’s new digs, where Rick’s Steaks used to be? SUCH a great space.

There’s a lot more space and plenty of room for the Farmstand’s locally grown, organic produce. Cranberries, pesticide free tomatoes, large baskets full of peppers and eggplants… the Stand is full of color and delicious fruit and veggies.
I’ve posted a few more snaps after the jump, and there are a whole bunch in our Flickr gallery. Have a look, and be sure to stop by the Stand this weekend.
