Artisan cheese spread @ Avalon

Last week, Avalon Restaurant in West Chester, PA announced their complimentary craft beer and artisan cheese pairing, served up on Friday evenings with dinner. That’s right, free. The chef and owner of Avalon, John Brandt-Lee, prepares the spread using fresh cheeses from DiBrunos paired with locally brewed beers.

Recent pairing include:

- Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA with Caccio di Roma and Truffle Honey
- Victory Festbier with Piave cheese and Grilled Onion Marmalade.

You can select your pairing from a new table in the middle of the restaurant, that features a constantly changing selection of nine cheeses.
