Girl Rock Philly CD Release Party @ Johnny Brenda’s

This Saturday, a bunch of Girls Rock Philly campers and volunteers will take over Johnny Brenda’s to celebrate the release of the Who Rocks? Girls Rock!, compilation album that features a collection of tracks from the young artists who were a part of the 2009 Girls Rock Philly season.
Proceeds from the sale of the CD go towards Girls Rock Philly programs. Can’t make the event? You can pick up a copy of the CD online, here and preview all of the tracks.
The release party features live performances from several of the Girls Rock Philly acts, both campers and volunteers. Doors open at noon, and admission is only $5. To learn more about Girls Rock Philly, be sure to visit their official website.
