Every month, Philadelphia’s MANNA (Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance) delivers over 65,000 fresh meals to individuals and families dealing with life-threatening illnesses. Three meals a day, seven days a week, MANNA is always there to help, and this Thursday, you’ve got a chance to give them a hand.

This Thursday, November 5th, Nightlifegay and MANNA is hosting a pie tasting event at Tavern on Camac. Stop by between 6PM and 8PM to sample MANNA’s Thanksgiving pies, which they’ll be selling through November to raise funds for their programs.

Tavern on Camac’s Smile Happy Hour also happens to occur on this particular night. Taking place every 1st Thursday of the month at the Tavern, patrons enjoy $4 drinks from 6PM to 8PM.

So go nibble and drink for a good cause.
