Starting today, the Blue Cross RiverRink will be a popular wintertime destination. You can sip hot cocoa between rounds of skating and enjoy the view of the Philadelphia skyline to the west and the Ben Franklin Bridge to the north — and on New Year's Eve, watch the fireworks while skating.
