Fork's three egg omelet and fruit salad

Fork's three egg omelet and fruit salad

Ah, the weekend. Time to kick back, relax and treat yourself to a lovely brunch. How does new American bistro cuisine featuring seasonal high-quality, artisan and local ingredients in a hip and stylish, yet comfortable and friendly setting in the heart of Old City sound?

Welcome to Fork, the nationally acclaimed bistro that serves up heavenly delicious brunch fare on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Whether you’re looking for breakfast food or more of a lunch plate (or better yet– both), you’ll find plenty of tasty options.

Three-egg omelets are served with hearty home fries, and your choice of fresh peppers, herbed goat cheese, smoked local ham or braised chard ($8.5- 13). Or opt for roasted vegetable quiche ($10) prepared with mixed local wild mushrooms, manchego cheese, mixed greens and citrus segments. Entrees include house made pappardelle pasta ($14) and a fit for the season, rich butternut squash risotto topped with sweet gorgonzola ($13).

Prefer it sweet? Brioche french toast ($9.5) and house made granola and yogurt with mixed berries ($7.5) are perfectly complimented by a fresh fruit salad ($7.5). The house made baked goods and desserts, like sour cream-pecan Streusel Coffee Cake, Buttermilk Panna Cotta and Grand Marnier Éclair are a match made in heaven with your choice of bottomless coffee, cafe latte, fresh pressed juice or mimosa… Now go indulge!
