If you’re like me, there’s nothing like some Christmas music to get you in the holiday spirit. Sure, the mall has been looping Mariah Carey since November 1st, but the real thing is so much better.

Don’t miss your chance to revel in some holiday classics with the Philadelphia Orchestra as they present the Glorious Sound of Christmas. Held in Verizon Hall at the Kimmel Center, the performances will feature the Mendelssohn Club of Philadelphia singing traditional carols and Christmas favorites.

The show runs December 17th – 19th, just before the last week of Christmas rush begins. There will be plenty of time for last minute shopping, so make sure you catch this holiday treat brought to you by some of the best Philadelphia’s musicians.
