New December Menu @ Marigold Kitchen

Marigold Kitchen's Foie Gras
Earlier this week, West Philadelphia’s wonderful BYOB, Marigold Kitchen, announced their special December menu. Created by executive chef Robert Halpern, the menu includes a bunch of new items. Have a look!
First Course
Chestnut Bisque
Pine Yogurt, Fried Shallots, Aged Cherry Balsamic Drizzle $8.
Champagne Braised Escargot
Crispy Polenta, Wild Chanterelle Mushrooms, Micro Greens $12.
Salmon Tartare
Osetra Caviar, Quail Egg, Braised Mustard Seeds, Lemon Bubbles, Vodka Gel, Celery Root Chip $14.
Hudson Valley Foie Gras
Pistachio Shortbread, Plumped Iranian Pistachios, Nicoise Olive Cream, Green Tea $16.
Chicken Galantine
Cranberry, Hazelnuts, Crispy Fried Brussel Sprouts, Dijon Vinaigrette $11.
Butter Lettuce Salad
Granny Smith Apple, Bulgarian Feta, Golden Raisins, Roasted Cashews, Curry Vinaigrette $8.

Slow Cooked Swordfish
