December is shaping up to be an awesome month for local craft shows. Last week there was Crafty Balboa at the Broad Street Ministry, and the Book Paper Scissors craft show at the Free Library… but I guess it’s no surprise. Handmade gifts are the best gifts, especially when you’re supporting talented, local artists.

This Saturday another craft show hits Philadelphia, coming to the popular Northern Liberties gastropub, Standard Tap. The Tap will play host to Positive Space, who are bringing 18 local artists to the pub, peddling all sorts of handmade wares.

Jewelry, paintings, screenprints, clothes, there is something for everyone. Drop by Standard Tap for breakfast or brunch, then head upstairs for a healthy course of handmade gifts.

This is the 7th year in a row that Standard Tap has hosted Positive Space’s craft show, and it runs from 11am to 3pm. See you there!
