Step Right Up: A New Arts Exhibition @ Bahdeebahdu

Bahdeebadu, the unbelievable interiors gallery known for R.J. Thornburg’s arrangements and the sculptural lighting designs of Warren Muller, launched a new exhibition last week, featuring the mixed media work of Ryan Wilson Kelly, Melissa Stern, and Ricky Boscarino.
The exhibit, Step Right Up!, is circus themed, and each artist’s installation is bound within a circle of light. The artists have worked in a number of different mediums, from clay to painting, paper mache to metalwork.
It’s an exhibit that needs to be seen to be appreciated, and is on display now through January 30th. It’s free to stop in and peek around, but remember, Bahdeebahdu isn’t open Sundays or Mondays. They’re also planning a Second Thursday event for January 14th. Details on that as the day draws closer.
A portion of proceeds from Step Right Up! will go to Project Rainbow, a non profit that supports homeless women and their children.

Thanks for showing us off Eric! We’re very excited to showcase the work of these outstanding artists. Over 150 people have already come to check out their work and we look forward to many more before the show closes… Details on our January 14th encore reception to come, thanks!
