January Pairing Events @ Chaddsford Winery

Unsure of how to pair your wine and cheese, and too shy to ask the experts (seriously, they are awesome) while dining out at Tria? Chaddsford Winery has a number of pairing events scheduled through the month of January, to help you brush up on your skills.
Through the rest of the month, Chaddsford Winery is hosting three special pairing events every Saturday; January 16th, 23rd, and 30th. The winery will be pairing their award-winning wines with local cheeses. Cheeses include a Birchrunville blue, Calkins Creamery’s camembert-like noble, colby from Conebella Farm, and a goats’ milk cheese from Shellbark Hollow.
The tasting events occur twice a day, at 2pm and 4pm, and are conducted as sit-down tastings by the winery’s knowledgeable staff. Admission is $20 per person, and reservations are required.

Chadds Ford is also doing an amazing wine paring with chocolate that would make an awesome Valentine’s Day gift for your wife/girlfriend! The tastings are 2/13, 2/14, 2/20, 2/21. They also require reservations.
