Recently, Washington Post food critic Tom Sietsema visited Philadelphia, and had a lot to say about his dining experiences at Meme, Fond, and the recently opened Koo Zee Doo. Check out the article, and learn about these “small Philadelphia restaurants [that] offer big flavor.”

Tom also has an outstanding slideshow from his trip online, that takes you inside Koo Zee Doo’s and Meme’s kitchen while showcasing some of the delicious food served at all three establishments. Have a look, and enjoy.
