Saturday: Gorgeous Weather Forecast for the Annual Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival

The weekend’s weather forecast is shaping up to be amazing.
Luckily, there’s plenty to do. In addition to the first annual Spring Restaurant Weekend at the Piazza, there’s the ever-popular Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival.
WHAT: Each year more than 50,000 people converge on Walnut Street from Broad to 19th Streets, for one of Center City’s most popular festivals. The event features food, entertainment, live music, shopping and family fun. This is the only event where Walnut Street is closed to automotive traffic.
WHO: The event is planned by Rittenhouse Row, a non-profit organization responsible for promoting the Rittenhouse Square area as Philadelphia’s Five Star Location for shopping, dining, living and visiting.
WHEN: Saturday, May 1, from noon to 5:00 p.m., rain or shine.
WHERE: Held on Walnut Street from Broad to 19th Street and 18th Street between Locust and Sansom.
