Learn About Bird Watching @ the Morris Arboretum

A Baltimore Oriole nests in the wetlands. They can be seen every year during migration throughout the Morris Arboretum.
Next Wednesday, early visitors (birds?) to the Morris Arboretum can join expert birder Ruth Pfeffer for a two hour tour of the Arboretum’s wetlands. You’ll spot resident nesting birds and Spring migrants like the Baltimore Oriole pictured above.
Pfeffer will educate visitors on the richness of this wildlife area, and why it’s so important for our feathered friends here in Philadelphia.
The tour is $25, $20 for members. If you don’t have your own binoculars, don’t worry! Loaners are available.
Happy birding!
