The Painted Bride Arts Center
The second Saturday of every month, the Painted Bride Art Center in Old City hosts an afternoon of open mic, artist collaboration, and free cups of coffee.
Along with performances, visitors can also expect to see art on display around the Bride, from drawings to screen printed shirts, from Philly’s finest up-and-coming artists.
This Saturday, the Bride is planning something a little special. They’re going green, and asking visitors to bring their own coffee mugs. Whoever walks in with the best and most spectacularly decorated mug will receive a free ticket to an upcoming Painted Bride show.
