Philly Beer Week iPhone Application Hits the App Store

Philly Beer Week kicks off this Friday, June 4th, with over 1000 events at nearly 200 different venues. That’s a lot to keep track of, and luckily for you, there’s an awesome iPhone app available to keep you on schedule. My Philly Beer Week.
Using this handy application, you’ll be able to find out about events, browse through the Beer Week calendar, and perhaps most impressive of all, create your own personal Beer Week itinerary. You can also browse by venue and brewery.
As for the app’s dashboard, you can keep up to date with Philly Beer Week’s Twitter account and view lists of events by neighborhood, brewery, and even vicinity. That’s right, you can use your GPS enabled iPhone to see what’s going on close to you.
And since safe transportation is a must during Beer Week, the app’s creators have even included a list of Philly-area taxis. Nicely done.
Best of all, this app is free.
Not an iPhone user? That’s okay! Check out My Philly Beer Week, where you can find events and create (and print!) your own schedules.
