The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co. And Supper Restaurant Team Up To Enhance Each Other’s Food And Drink Menus, Respectively

The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co. and Supper, both named Best of Philly (Best Bar and Top 50 Restaurants, respectively), have formed an alliance: Supper will provide a new seasonal small-plates menu for The Franklin and the latter will consult on Supper’s beverage program and help develop cocktail menus.
Patrons at The Franklin can now enjoy a small-plates menu including house-made charcuterie, lump crab imperial with mustard sauce, peking pork rinds, a cheese plate with house-made crackers, a selection of deviled eggs, and smoked shell-on pistachios with pastrami salt.
Now both spots will have equally detailed attention paid to both their drink and food output, with this innovative and mutually beneficial program wherein each independent business contributes to the other’s success.
