Paesano’s Named One Of The 14 Most Trendsetting Restaurants In The Country

US Airways Magazine just came out with another listicle, this one spotlighting 14 restaurants in different cities across the country that it calls the most trendsetting restaurants in the United States.
The mag names Philadelphia’s own Paesano’s as one of these super trendsetting restaurants, placing Paesano’s Philly Style in with some very impressive company, including the likes of Grant Achatz’s Next and Aviary in Chicago, Forage in Los Angeles and Eataly in New York City among others.
Kudos to Paesano’s for the nod and kudos to Paesano’s for their efforts to elevate sandwiches in America’s best sandwich city to a whole new level.
Suggestion: try their signature “Paesano” sandwich: beef brisket, with horseradish mayo, roasted tomatoes, pepperincino, sharp provolone and a fried egg.

Congratulations guys. Everything about this place is very Philly, especially, unfortunately, the hours. Maybe the restaurant will get serious and extend hours to times that normal working humans can eat during?
