Reminder: The Philadelphia Union’s PPL Park To Host The 2011 USA Sevens Collegiate Rugby Championship This Weekend, June 4-5
Tickets are still available to the 2011 USA Sevens Collegiate Rugby Championship this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, June 4-5.
PPL Park in Chester will transform from an 18,500-seat soccer stadium into a rugby pitch.
Here’s the deal: 16 men’s teams and 8 women’s teams will compete Saturday in quick, action-packed matches concluding with semifinals and finals on Sunday.
Sports fan or no, don’t miss the two-day Block Party complete with food trucks — including Jose Garces’ Guapos Tacos and the Buttercream cupcake truck — an international beer garden, live music, rugby merchandise and rugby clinics.
