Reminder: The 2011 Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade, The Unofficial Kick-Off Of The Holiday Season, Set For Thursday, November 24
The 2011 Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade returns Thursday, November 24 for its 92nd year, kicking off the holiday season in Philadelphia.
Our parade is the oldest in the entire country, and a tried and true Philadelphia tradition. If you’re in town for the holiday, this is a don’t-miss bright beginning to your day.
This year’s 1.4-mile 6abc Dunkin’ Donuts Thanksgiving Day parade promises another visual and celebratory feast. So bundle up, grab the kids or a group of friends and head out for an early holiday treat.
Check out our guide to the parade, including the step-by-step parade route, best places to watch and more, right here.
