Meritage To Serve A Foie Gras Tasting Menu Starting Tonight, December 14, Through Friday, December 16

Chef Anne Coll has been busy in the kitchen. She’s dishing up a Foie Gras Tasting Menu at her Meritage Restaurant starting tonight, December 14, through Friday, December 16.
It’s five courses of delicious goodness, for $39.
• Amuse Bouche: Foie Gras Mousse with pomegrante molasses and pickled apple, toasted brioche
• First Course: Foie Gras and Shiitake dumpling with Black Truffle Butter sauce
• Second Course: Crispy Duck Confit, cured spiced torchon of foie gras, curried lentils, pineapple and kumquat chutney and a port wine reduction
• Third Course: Braised Short Rib ravioli, roasted diver scallop, seared foie gras, sauce bordelaise
• Fourth Course: Peanut butter and Foie Gras Mousse, dark chocolate, currant jam sauce
