The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia is getting into the holiday spirit with a gingerbread house-making event, scheduled for both this Saturday, December 3 and Saturday, December 17, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the hotel’s Petite Ballroom.

Attendees can decorate their own keepsake gingerbread houses with all the trimmings, and enjoy an afternoon filled with holiday sweets, including a make-your-own hot chocolate station and a champagne bar.

Children will receive a special Ritz-Carlton Apron and Chef’s Hat to remember the occasion.

Plus: Santa will make a special appearance so the kids can share their holiday wishes, while listening to special holiday music from a group of local carolers.

Admission for one adult and one child is $100, plus tax and gratuity. Additional children or adults are $50 per person.
