Restaurant Hospitality magazine has named Philly’s own Chef Anthony DiRienzo of Stephen Starr’s Route 6 as one of their picks for “12 to Watch in 2012.” The piece says of the chef, “DiRienzo brings a wealth of experience and seafood savvy to his new post at Stephen Starr’s latest Philadelphia concept.” Anthony is the only Philadelphia chef on the short list and it’s a well-deserved tip of the toque to the city’s dining scene.
