Matyson To Host A Roundye Noodle Bar Pop-Up, Sunday, January 29

Currently in the beginning stages of development, Roundeye Noodle Bar is the brainchild of longtime friends Ben Puchowitz and Shawn Darragh.
Puchowitz has been manning the stoves at Matyson Restaurant for more than four years, and Darragh has extensive food and retail marketing experience.
The combo of their backgrounds along with their obsession for noodles generated the idea behind their new venture.
Roundeye Noodle will be a (what else?) noodle spot featuring inventive spins on classic dishes like pho, ramen and soba, enhanced by local ingredients. Think Coconut Curry with udon, butternut, pak choi and peanuts; and Duck Pho with duck leg dumplings, foie gras and pickled turnips.
Get a preview of what the boys will offer at a special Pop-Up event at Matyson, Sunday, January 29.
