With Love, Philadelphia XOXO® Street Team Surprises Commuters At Suburban Station This Morning

Valentine’s Day came early this morning to Suburban Station commuters, as the With Love, Philadelphia XOXO® street team made a surprise appearance.
The station take-over was part of a special month-long promotion we’re kicking off tomorrow, February 1, in honor of Valentine’s Day and the leap year. It may or may not involve super exciting prizes.
