Philadelphia Museum Of Art Young Friends Winter Gala Set For February 25: Late-Night Van Gogh Access, Local Drinks, Starr Food And Live Music
The Young Friends of the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s annual winter gala is set for this Saturday, February 25.
The event will feature the museum’s hit exhibition Van Gogh Up Close, which features the artist’s later, more impressionistic and “close-up” work. You can mix, mingle and enjoy world-class art, sip signature cocktails and take your chances on the raffle and silent auction with proceeds supporting art acquisitions, education, conservation and special projects at the museum.
Admission also includes music all night from DJ Mia Moretti, open bar featuring Philadelphia Distilling liquors among others and delicious food catered by Stephen Starr.
Still need convincing? The gala was chosen this year by Philadelphia Magazine as one of the top ten events not to miss in the city.
Tickets range from $125 for regular admission to $225 for VIP admission. They’re available online.
