Be The First To Dine At Chef Matt Levin’s Square Peg, Open For A Preview Week Starting Tomorrow, March 21

Matt Levin, former owner and chef of Adsum, has paired up with Cuba Libre restaurateurs Barry Gutin and Larry Cohen to open Square Peg, an American diner-inspired restaurant in the former Marathon space serving up the chef’s crazily inventive dishes.

You can be one of the first to try the new restaurant, as Square Peg opens its doors for 11 days of previews, March 21-31. They’ll be open for dinner only during this time.

A taste of what you can expect to, well, taste:

• Tastykake Apple Pie Milkshake (Jim Beam, White Tail Caramel Whiskey, Apple Pie Tastykake Apple Vodka, topped with cinnamon)

• Cheese Steak Pot Pie

• Lobster Corn Dogs

• Breakfast Poutine (with fried eggs, sausage gravy, crispy bacon)

• General Tso Chicken Cobb Salad

• Fried chicken, Kool-Aid pickled watermelon, collards, hot sauce honey
