Weekend Picks: XFINITY Live! Grand Opening, Philly Farm & Food Fest, Franklin Square And SquareBurger’s Spring Debut, Van Gogh’s Birthday And More

This weekend has a lot going on: it's grand opening weekend for Xfinity Live and the Victory Beeer Hall, it's the spring debut of Franklin Square, and it's Van Gogh Appreciation Day today at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
