200 Restaurants Across The Delaware Valley To Join Forces For “Dining Out For Life,” April 26: 33% Of Proceeds Go Towards Fighting HIV/AIDS

200+ restaurants throughout the region are teaming up to celebrate the 22nd Anniversary of Dining Out for Life Philadelphia.
On Thursday, April 26, ever participating restaurant will donate 33% of the day’s proceeds to local services in the fight against HIV and AIDS.
Says Kevin Burns, executive director of ActionAIDS, the organization that leads the local event, “At a time when government funding is low, and infection rates are up, events like Dining Out for Life are essential.”
Dining Out for Life began in Philadelphia in 1991 as a fundraiser for ActionAIDS, and has since grown into an international event raising more than $4 million annually in more than 50 cities.
Last year, 3,001 restaurants in 52 cities raised $3.4 million.
