The restaurant’s pièce de résistance is its unique wine bar, with a custom-built, 120-bottle wine keeper, the largest wine preservation and dispensing system in the entire world. By pressurizing each bottle with inert nitrogen gas, the system (known as a “cruvinet”) enables Panorama to present a wide range of fine wines in optimum condition.
